Do you want a central role in creating structure, coordination, and progress in a national development effort? We are now looking for a process leader/process support who wants to contribute with qualified administrative and organizational support in an operation focused on data, analysis, and knowledge development within the public sector.
About the position
At Perido, we are now seeking a process leader/process support for a larger national organization within the public sector. The assignment is placed within a business area that works with data, analysis, and development related to healthcare and social services, with a focus on strengthening a more data-driven and knowledge-based operation at the national level. The work is primarily conducted on-site with the possibility of some remote work based on the needs of the operation. The introduction is tailored to the role and begins with a structured onboarding program during the first week to ensure a safe and smooth start to the assignment. The office is located in central Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
The role of process leader/process support is central to creating structure, progress, and quality in complex collaborative environments. With a holistic perspective and good organizational skills, the process leader ensures that the work is driven forward according to plan, that decision-making processes are well-prepared, and that collaboration works smoothly between different actors. The role combines qualified administrative support with strategic coordination and actively contributes to the development of effective working methods, particularly within national collaboration on health data issues.
Your tasks include:
- Providing qualified administrative and organizational support in processes and collaboration forums
- Coordinating matters in preparation for deliberation and decision
- Writing meeting minutes and maintaining a decision log
- Assisting in meeting planning and preparing meeting materials
- Ensuring that decisions made are followed up and supporting the follow-up of timelines and deliveries
- Being responsible for record-keeping
- If necessary, developing process descriptions and presentation materials
- If necessary, coordinating contacts between regions, authorities, and other national actors in the health data area
- Contributing to the development of presentation and communication materials
- Participating in the development of administrative working methods and support processes within the national system for knowledge management
Your qualities
To succeed in the role of process leader, a strong ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive tasks forward with structure and judgment is required. At the same time, it is crucial to be able to collaborate effectively and contribute to common goals in an environment where multiple actors cooperate. The role places high demands on communicative skills – being able to express oneself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing, adapting messages to the target audience, and pedagogically summarizing and clarifying complex information. A good analytical ability, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach are also valuable qualities that contribute to quality and progress in the work.
